Who we are
Joachim and Jenna are a Swedish-American duo launching, building, and partnering at the intersection of entertainment, sports, fashion, wellness, and tech.
Joachim Rittfeldt Hofvenschiöld
Joachim is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and investor who specializes in strategic advising, identifying emerging opportunities, and unlocking cross-market expansion across global markets. He has a 15+ year track record of building, scaling, and successfully exiting companies across gaming, esports, consumer technology, and digital commerce, culminating in a Nasdaq-listed exit.
As an advisor and partner to numerous founders, he collaborates with key international venture funds, family offices, and strategic operators, including Global Top Round, ITP Media Group, Nitro Games, AGOF investments, and Uzan Family. He accelerates ventures across Europe, the Middle East, the U.S., and Asia. Joachim’s expertise is driven by a unique ability to bridge technology, competitive culture (developed during his early career as a professional Counter-Strike player), and consumer behavior. This combined experience enables him to provide high-impact guidance on commercial strategy, fundraising, and go-to-market (GTM) execution for high-growth companies.
Jenna Frances Holtzman
Jenna began her career driving eight-figure revenue at Represent, a twice-acquired custom merchandise startup. There, she partnered directly with top entertainment and sports talent - including Netflix stars, Matthew McConaughey, Kobe Bryant, and K-pop groups like GOT7, EXO, TVXQ, NCT127, and more - on limited-run campaigns for charity and profit.
Her expertise in mobilizing global fan audiences, combined with innovative product creation, marketing, and standout activations, consistently generated six- and seven-figure results in just two to three weeks.
After seven years revolutionizing custom merchandise - including pioneering a K-pop vertical from the ground up - Jenna transitioned to advising startups as a brand strategist and leading Marketing and Special Projects for an international film festival, doubling film attendance while spearheading AI partnerships like MIT’s AI Filmmaking Hackathon, with winners presenting on a sold-out opening night.
Today, she’s a Founder-Operator building a consumer venture studio alongside a $100M global entertainment fund.
